Comics Camp—June 15-19
Welcome to the exciting world of Alternative Comics! In this drawing-focused summer camp, young artists and designers will write and illustrate their own comic books by hand. We will tell stories, create characters, illustrate our own comic books, and cover a variety of other character-based projects.
Young artists will participate and gain studio skills in storyboarding/sketching, writing, drawing, painting, bookmaking and more.
*Alternative Comics Camp will embark on daily walks and spend outdoor time in and around the Seascape Village and Beach. We will aim to spark imaginations and create ideas on how their comic characters can exist in different environments.
**(Can drop off as early as 8:45 a.m.)
